April 2005 Keith Hocter spoke at a symposium on the pension funding crisis presented by the Wall Street Transcript, at the Harvard Club New York City, on April 18-19.  His presentation covered the financial underpinnings of reduced pension funding and discuss strategies for plan sponsors to control funding volatility.
